About the event

Limit: 2 spaces per vendor. Vendor space is approximately 10’X 10’.

SPACE PRICES: $35 / space – Vendors must supply their own tents, tables, chairs. *There is a $2.00 convience fee for online payments.

A completed registration with payment must be received for spaces to be reserved. After purchasing your vendor space here, you will be redirected to complete the registration form. NO SPACES WILL BE ASSIGNED WITHOUT BOTH PAYMENT AND COMPLETED REGISTRATION FORM. 

Vendor Guidelines:

  1. The UCC of New Smyrna Beach reserves the right to accept or reject a Vendor application. Vendors must not pack up and/or vacate their booth space until the event end time – no
  2. exceptions.
  3. Vendors may not sublease or share their assigned space.
  4. Vendors must conduct all activity within their assigned space. A representative for the vendor must be on duty at all times during event hours. Nothing may be set upon or across the sidewalks.This is to provide for emergency access by the Police and Fire Rescue Departments. If additional space is needed for any reason, you must pay for a second space.
  5. Operating of generators, heavy equipment, combustion engines or motors will not be allowed. There are no electrical connections available.
  6. No amplified sound will be permitted in booths – music or voice – in consideration of exhibits nearby.
  7. Each Vendor warrants that it has in effect and shall remain so for the period of occupancy under this agreement a policy of general public liability insurance against claims for personal injuries or death, or damageto property occurring upon, in or about the exhibit space.

All food vendors must provide the following before space will be assigned.

  1. Certificate of Insurance naming United Church of Christ of New Smyrna Beach as additional insured (required for non-profit and for-profit organizations).
  2. If non-profitorganization, school or church donating 100% of the proceeds to that organization, only a copy of your 501(c)(3) is needed. (no permit necessary)
  3. There will be a limited number of vendors selling or giving away the same type of food or beverages. 

The UCC Monthly Craft Fair is an outdoor event – rain or shine. Due to the nature and costs in preparing this event, we will be unable to issue any refunds or credits for any reason.



    Registration form must be filled out completely and payment received before space will be assigned. $2.00 online payment convenience fee is applied.
